1. General Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To create an account on fp77, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and payment method details provided at registration must be consistent with one another. Each person may operate only one account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You are accountable for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the fp77 support team immediately.

3.3 Information Verification

fp77 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registered information at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID, passport, or another government-issued identity document if required. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The currently accepted methods for depositing funds on fp77 are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Deposited funds will only be accepted from registered payment methods.
• Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements applicable to a bonus have not been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on fp77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
• The deadline for completing wagering requirements applies from the date the bonus is activated.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward the wagering calculation.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies to one account only.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• fp77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets must be placed through the fp77 platform. A bet is considered final once it has been accepted. It is the user's responsibility to confirm that the information shown on the bet confirmation screen is correct.

6.2 Bet Cancellation & Recalculation

fp77 reserves the right to cancel or recalculate bets in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If fraud or unusual betting patterns are suspected.
• If the result is declared void by the game operator.

6.3 Sports Betting

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fp77 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Creating accounts with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
